Hi

I am getting so frustrated when I e.g.  use a contact us and newsletter pages to receive emails from my site as well to send out newsletters.  Its seems to me there is a problem with special characters ...

's are now 's ...etc.  I'm using ISO-8859-1 as charset, tried UTF-8 as well ... all gives the same problem ...

What's up with this ?

Can someone please help ?
