Missing album on Batch Add Files

I've made an album within a category and the album is clearly visible through the gallery itself, but when I go on Batch Add Files to add pictures to the album, it is not on the drop-down menu when the list of new files appears.
I've tried deleting an re-making both the category and the album, but this doesn't help.
I was wondering if anyone could help with this problem.
