Enable rating system

I have the relevant permissions allowed for everyone to rate my pictures. But I can't rate anything with Firefox and IE browsers so I suspect it's my Zonealarm security software. Does this happen with others. Can it be fixed? If not, is there any point to having a rating system?

...or get rid of it - imo it's pseudo-security software that lures users into a false sense of security.
