move pictures between categories

hello,

I am new to Coppermine and a couple of days I did set up a coppermine-based website http://diederikdhert.natuurpuntwestkust.be/coppermine/gallery/

I placed a few pictures in a wrong category (they shouldbe in categorie "Zwammen" in stead of "Vogels").
Can anybody tell me how I should do this ?I have googled, search this forum and searched the nets.
Probably it is fairly easy, but I just seem not to figure it out  .

I do not belong to that group of people that poses the questions before having had a look myself elsewhere (starting with the manual). There is lots of things in the manual, but I don't read anything about moving pictures between categories.

There is something about moving pictures from one ALBUM to another, but not from one categorie to another.
So, I am still not helped, and I haven't figured it out how to do.

I managed to do it in a long way, namely making a temporarily album in the category I want them to be placed, then move the complete album to that category, then move the pictures from the old album to the new one, and then replace the first album in his original category. But this is a rather long way, isn't it. So I would like to know if there is an easier way to put a picture from an album inside a category, to an album in another category.

And if the text would be right under my nose in the manual, then I do apologize for not seeing it.

Follow the link that Gizmo posted - it will lead you to the album properties section of the docs. Inside the album properties, you'll find a dropdown field that let's you move the album from one public category to the other.
