I got this error today and didnt install the coppermine 1.4x gallery, person I paid isnt able to be contacted
So I would like to hire someone to upgrade me to fix this error we get as we cannot access the gallery at all now
Coppermine critical error:
Unable to connect to database !

MySQL said: Access denied for user 'makin21_gallery'@'localhost' (using password: YES)
my gallery is located at www.makingmemoriesforyou.org/gallery
and while upgrading to 1.9 if you can allow each member to get email notification when someone leaves a comment on her work I will pay for that also.
thanks in advance

What is '1.9'? Do you mean CPG 1.4.19?

Regarding to your request to send emails when someone leaves a comment, see http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,54397.msg265483.html#msg265483
