Need urgent help: .php-content BESIDE the {GALLERY} block

Can anybody help me. In the 1.3 - Support-Forum no one can give me solution  :\'(. I could change the header and the footer but i will have my custom .php content beside the {GALLERY} Block in the template.htm NOT above or down of the {GALLERY}.

There must be a table with two columns. On the left is the {GALLERY} and on the right my custom .php´s
