Admin mode toolbar not showing

HI!

Just made a fresh install of cpg1.4.19 ... all went well, as it has before on other installs (on other sites)

Coppermine starts just fine when going to index.php after install ... I log in ... no probs ... choose Admin Mode ...

And no admin mode toolbar appears  .... still shows Admin mode in regular toolbar so afaik I´m not able to enter Admin mode ...


Anyone ahs any ideas as to why?

Never leave admin mode if you have no idea what that toggle is for. Post actual error messages or screenshots (attach them) to explain your actual issue. I guess your actual issue is that you can not log in, or rather that your login doesn't stick. Probably related to cookie issues imo. Review your use of the leading www subdomain.

no, I can log in just fine. but I enter in user mode. when I then choose Admin mode ... I get a popup saying that Admin mode is starting ... and then I´m back in user mode ... logged in

Sounds hard to believe, since that is not even a feature of coppermine. Anyway, please do as I suggested:

Post actual error messages or screenshots (attach them) to explain your actual issue.

Please be exact.
