How can I autofill the "File Title" field based on input from 3 user defined fields?

I have user defined fields of 'First Name', 'Middle Name', and 'Last Name' and I want to combine them all as a file name into the File Title field automatically.

Can this be done?  Or is there anyway to autofill the "File Title" field even if I cannot Concatenate multiple fields into one.
