how can i delete , Last uploads , Last comments , Most viewed and Top rated  from navbar ?

please help us .

Search for and install the Final Extract plugin. Been asked many many times here.
Did you read the manual first???? Taking 2 minutes to backup your files can save you hours of wondering what you screwed up.
