Can't login as admin with NO errors

hi fellow, i am getting a problem to login into my gallery as admin, but i cant login and redirects to index as usual...

my site is www.picturerating.us/picture-gallery/index.php

keep in mind that i remove all cookies, temp internet files last nite, and i have not changed my password, and not change any thing from last login, but now there is no error for login, but cant login...

any guide to log in?

Can you make another acc and try to login with it?

i have resolve this problem...


the soloution is, i again remove all cookies, temp ifiles, and every thing that stores the visited and plugins data.

so i can login as admin now.
