Hello

I need some changes to my coppermine concerned with the ratings of the images. Among them:
1. Not 0-5 stars rating but 0-12 stars rating.
2. Only registered users can set the rating and everyone can see, what rating each user set.
3. Possibility to choose "the best image of the week" (according to the users rating) and top-10 images of the month (I mean among the images which were uploaded during the last week/month). And display these images in the menu item and on the main page of the gallery.

I think that's all. Can anyone do it for me?
