Error in Batch add pictures

My gallery has an error with Batch add pictures. First it tries loading for several minutes and when the page actually opens, it reads

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/rachelw/public_html/photos/searchnew.php on line 211

Any idea how to fix this?

what folders did you ftp-upload to? You mustn't upload to albums/userpics, but to albums/your_folder_name.
If you run intpo a timeout this usually means that you have an extremely high number of files in the folder.
Please post a screenshot of your ftp program when in albums directory, so we can take a look at your folder and file sctructure.
