I am not able to move forward with my installation of the Coppermine Photo Gallery since the Install.php file will not run from the browser on my server. I am running IIS 6.0. Windows 2003 SP2, .NET 2.0 and 3.0, ASP enabled, PHP enabled, and MySQL installed. I don't know what else to do. I have followed all of the documentation instructions for what I need to do as well.

What does "will not run" mean? Do you get an error message? Which one? Make sure that your server is set up properly. We can't help you with issues related to webserver setup - that's beyond the scope of this board, especially if you fail to mention what actually is wrong. Self-hosting is not recommended, and .NET and ASP are totally irrelevant when it comes to coppermine.
Please review board rules as well.
