Image-strip position

I'm a big fan of the freedom Coppermine give us, when it comes to layout. My only problem is that I'm not an expertise and I don't know how to do some stuff. Here are my 2 questions:

1) How do I change the order of the elements shown below the picture itself. Currently I have Picture, Description, Image Strip, Vote/Stars and Comments. I would like to have Picture, Description, Comments, Vote/Stars and then the Image Strip.

2) Currently I have always four thumbnails in my image strip. The displayed picture appears in position #3. I would like it to be the second, from the left to the right. This way I would be showing in the image strip the next two, instead of the previous two pictures.
