Cannot upload

Any idea why I am getting this when I try to upload images? I'm sure it used to work?

ie:
  The resource cannot be displayed
The resource you are looking for cannot be opened by your browser.

http://images.lebowski.ws/ should be able to upload to the upload dir without logging in

the file db_input.php is actually there, so my guess is it's related to your subdomain setup.
Take a look at http://www.checkupdown.com/status/E406.html as well.
