Title : add "Last <Add.. or Comt> " + "Category" when view Last Up..Comt.

My problem is when i view LAST UPLOAD or LAST comment on any album or category

the title only show : <Gallery name> + Last Additions >>> instead of " <Last Additions or Last Comment> - <Category Name or Album name> "

Plz help ^^
