[Solved]: Help!!! 403 Forbidden!!!

I tried to install the link friendly plugin in my gallery but now I've the following error:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/2.2.10 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.10 OpenSSL/0.9.8b mod_bwlimited/1.4 Server at www.mysite.com Port 80

And I haven't the .htaccess in the root of my gallery so I can't delete it because there isn't!!!

Please help me!  :'( :'( :'(

Make sure whatever you use to look for .htaccess is configured to display hidden files.
