Arles back to thumbs and then install Stramm

Hi everyone. I have a question. I currently use Arls for my thumbnails and I want to get back to normal thumbs. Is this possible? I'm also planning to install Stramm after all the "Arles thumbnails" are back to "normal thumbnails". Sorry if this is the wrong section or there's already a section about this. Thanks in advance.

You can rebuild the thumbnails using 'admin tools'.
