I have just upgraded from 1.4.18 to 1.4.19 and found the Vietnamese language not working. I tried to config the Language to Vietnamese but all appear in English. Can anyone show me where to download the language file for Vietnamese for this version? Thanks.

Found the reason for this. It's just a problem with cookies. I clear the cookies of my browser and it appears in Vietnamese well. Thanks.
