problem with login

Hi i having problem with my gallery
every time i try to login i see the welcome page and after that im logout to the index page ;(
i been searching the forum all day and try all the solutions how to login to my forum

i try :

uploading file adminpass.php to the root  I can't login
from phpMyAdmin to change the password  I can't login
uss the "forgot my password" function (i receive the email with the new password but i still cant login)
delete cookies 
delete the browser cache 
i create new account and try to login but no success
i try to login with normal user account but no success
i try to login with FF and IE7
Windows/Linux

I don't know what else to try.

Check the groups table in phpmyadmin.

admin is user_group 1 and the others are user_group 2

The cpg14x_usergroups table should have at least 4 groups numbered 1 to 4. Does it?

can you explane me better please i have the table cpg14x_usergroups and  is 0

Is the table empty? If so, run these queries to add back in the default groups.
