Who is online: Not counting guests

Hello,

I've a problem for a few days now and I can't solve.. my Who is online plugin since Sunday it's not counting guests, only the registered members online. If there is 1 member online and you a guest, it will show only 1 online *the registered member*.

Any ideas of what can be the problem?

So, my host fix it. According with them "it was proxying all remote IP addresses to the server address". So now it's alright.
