Backup CPG MySQL database without host control panel

[Iced Coffee]

I have some problem logging into the Control Panel of my host but still can login to FTP. Is there anyway I can backup MySQL database of my cpg? I heard about bigdump but can it help backup the database or only can restore database? Thanks.
