Adding an Image Tag

Hey!

I own a Miley Cyrus fansite and as you might know, there are a lot of Miley Cyrus fansites online and everybody's stealing each other's photos. I bought two image accounts to get exclusive photos and untagged ones. I noticed that a lot of Miley Cyrus fansites are stealing my photos and it's so unfair. I pay loads of money for my image accounts. I have seen image tags on some photos and I was wondering, how can I install a tag in my gallery. I already have one created, I just need to install it but don't know how. If somebody replies, I'll appriciate a lot. Thanks!
