Show current rating : %s / 5 with %s votes in Top rated

Hi.

I have Coppermine 1.4.20 with Siteground9 Theme
I need to add this: current rating : %s / 5 with %s votes under each thumb on Top rated page. WHere and how do I do this. It's not in theme.php or template.html I'm sure.

Maybe in thumbnails.php ?
