some images dont show after clicking thumbnail

i have just upgraded to latest version.
im not sure if this is as a result of most recent upgrade but i have only just noticed this bug

after browsing though some shots i discovered that some dont show properly though lightbox and some dont appear in coppermine itself

do a search for church

click on first image and it wont popup in lightbox?

it does not happen to all images
but i noticed it seems to be happening to some recently added images as well as some older ones but not all of them

any help apreciated

actually i just realised that some a shot has the following properties

not sure what happened here or how to set it back again
