Delete all favorites for cpg1.5.x

This is a port of the cpg1.4.x plugin 'Delete All Favorite' by Sami. It adds a button to the 'My Favorites' page which removes all pictures/files from your favorites.

I cleaned up and optimized the code, removed unnecessary files and language strings and moved the delete button to the right (next to the table header 'Favorites').

Hi,

You may need to warn users that, in the list of plug-ins, it needs to be ABOVE the plug-in Album addfav (album_addfav): v1.3.  Otherwise, the icon for "Album addfav" overrides the icon for "Delete all favorites."

Related to the other issue you reported. Should also be fixed with the patch suggested here.

I can't get this plugin to work, no button shows up.
Tried the patch and putting the plugin first in order. Any ideas?

Probably the "send favorites to admin" button overwrites the "delete all favorites" button. Please try what happens if you (temporary) uninstall the Favorite Mailer plugin.

Temporarily unistalled "send favorites to admin" and a few other plugins but no progress.
Don't know if its related but It looks like the "My Favorites" page does not completly load, it keeps waiting for something

Please try to enable the "Allow ZIP-download of favorites" feature in the Coppermine config.
