Breadcrumb without the home link

I must be dummy but impossible to find in the forum the good topic to make this. I'm afraid to destroy something, not a god in code, so I ask : Did someone knows how to have the breadcrumb starting with the category name, without the "home" link and the little ">". Thanks in advance for anyone who can help a broken arm like me !
