[Solved]: Add coments without registering

hello i´m new in thsi forum and also using this program. im from Arg, and my question is the followin:
how can i add coments without registering?, what do i have to configurate??

go to groups manager when in admin mode and change the "guests" group's permission accordingly, so they are able to post comments as well.
