Private message system problem

Ola my friends, im having a little problems with resizing the pms "form" ill add this picture that should show what i mean. i want its widith to be smaller and height allso. i tryed to find those put could not find. it could someone tell me what file i have to edit and possibly the the row in that file. thaks for the great gallery.
