Register Captcha not loading

I have just installed the plugin for Captcha at my gallery, http://www.drakecentral.org/gallery. The captcha doesn't work at the register form, even though I set it to.

My code looks like this:

$CAPTCHA_DISABLE = array('login' => 'Administrators,Registered,Guests',
        'register' => '',
        'comment' => 'Registered',
        'report' => 'Administrators',
        'ecard' => 'Administrators',
        );

What am I doing wrong? Sorry if this has been answered, I looked and couldn't find anything.

Took a look at your version. <!--Coppermine Photo Gallery 1.4.9 (stable)-->
Not a good idea to be using 1.4.9.

You need to update to 1.4.22 asap!

I guess I've been afraid of losing all of my files I never upgraded. I'll work on that, thanks for your help.

If you read the docs and follow the upgrade steps as described then you should be able to do it yourself with ease.

If the captcha problem persists after upgrading report back. If it solved then please mark this thread accordingly.
