Hi.

Our server was recently changed to use suPHP and it was working fine before, but not anymore and I believe it is related to the suPHP change.

Before I uploaded pictures to a gallery like this:

- upload files to a folder within "domain.com/galerias/albums/album-name"
- create an album as admin
- upload pictures to the album using the batch feature

Also, as recommended, I moved from  <!--Coppermine Photo Gallery 1.4.16 (stable)--> to 1.4.23.

This is what I usually do when uploading pictures:

Login here

http://www.perezzeledon.net/galerias/login.php?referer=index.php

then I go to the batch process to upload many pictures at once and search the folder I need and get this URL

http://www.perezzeledon.net/galerias/searchnew.php?startdir=15-mayo-2009

Then in the next step I have to select a folder, so I do, and when going to the last step where I usually see just blue "OK" images, now I get just the list of folders again, at this URL: http://www.perezzeledon.net/galerias/searchnew.php?insert=1

Before, if I upload just one single picture it worked just fine.  But now, after the upgrade, it says the PB message, that "thumbnails can't be created" but I checked the folder and it has 755 permissions, tryied also with 777 but didn't worked neither.

All the folders are already 755 and I don't see any message regarding the folder being unable to write, like it usually happened before when the folders didn't have the correct permissions.

Thank you a lot for any help.

This part is fixed, I found that support backed up all the albums so we ran out of space, now this is fixed and I'm able to upload one single picture, but still can't upload several at a time.  I try with groups of 3, 5 and 10 pictures and worked fine, but when I try to upload many, many pictures at a time it just shows the whole list of albums again, no message or anything.

Hi.  We did already and the value for suhostin was increased up to 500 but the problem still persists.

Yesterday I was able to upload the pictures to the folder I was having problems but 15 pictures at a time...

Any other suggestions?

Any extra information you may need?

Thank you.

The settings you need to increase are suhosin.post.max_vars and suhosin.request.max_vars. They are still at 200. You should set them to several thousand.

pznet

We did this change:

suhosin.post.max_vars => 9000 => 9000
suhosin.request.max_vars => 9000 => 9000

and now is working just fine as usual!!

THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
