PHPNuke Help?

Sorry i posted this here, but i couldnt post in the Support forum because i had no option for New topic.

Anyway i have 2 error messages:
when i am logged in as admin i get this message at the top of the page:
Notice: Use of undefined constant pwd - assumed 'pwd' in /home/zsudar/public_html/bmwz/html/mainfile.php on line 203

and when i upload  picture i get this message:
Failed to create directory modules/coppermine/albums/userpics/10002 !

As a normal user, i get error message when uploading picture but not the pwd error.
I use 6.5 phpnuke with the www.nukecops.com mod, i have chmod the folder albums to 777 and all sub folders.
Any help would be cool, thanks!
