Cannot Add Video Files!!!!

i tried to add video many times and i checked everyting, i increased file size limit etc but none worked.....

when i enter video url like http://www.fileden.com/files/2008/11/3/2171797/sensualtowel.swf (adult content) through upload file section, it waits few minutes then a download link called "upload.php" appearing
