After Uploading Can't place files in albums

I am having no trouble at all uploading files. When I try to place them in any album I get the following statement;

The previous file has not been placed

Finished placing all files

I have tried all configurations and settings. I have deleted the albums and categories and started over. I have uploaded over 100 files and this just started happening. What is up?
