Theme images missing

Hello,

I just installed Coppermine and the set-up went okay, but apparently something is off because none of the theme (or uploaded) images are showing up although they appear to be in the folders in the File Manager.  Here is the site link:

I'm assuming the upload photo images missing are related to the theme images missing.

Trying to access one of the pics shows that you need to set permissions properly - going to http://gallery.threeriversfans.com/coppermine/albums/userpics/10001/publicitystill2hr.jpg leads to a 403 forbidden error

Don't use crap like web-driven file managers. Use a proper FTP app instead!
