Contact us - link below Menu comes as Home

After Installing Contact us plug in, it works fine. But i am having 1 major problem

In Sub Menu Link, Gallery Home appears 2 times, Example

Sub Menu
Gallery Home            (links to Home)
Gallery Home            (links to Contact us)

When I try to change Gallery Home to Contact us, it comes like this

Sub Menu
Contact us            (links to Home)
Contact us            (links to Contact us)

I want to rename one of the Gallery Home to Contact us but there is only 1 line code which is connected to each other.
