Themes seems broken

It seems that its broken. I have installed coppermine 3 times and even changed various themes but the images seems to be blurred/broken all over the website. Plz some one help me in solving this.

Upload copies of the images that are not broken then. The file http://www.wmskins.com/images/thumbnails.gif in your example is broken (see attachment), so what advice do you expect? If files broke when you uploaded them, you need to re-upload them in a manner that they don't break.
