Stramm Mod Pack with JUpload issue

Hi,

I have the Stramm Mod Pack running. JUpload works with $inStrammModPack = false, but if I set it to true, JUpload fails, and gives the attached debug code.
Perhaps I'm running an earlier version of Stramm's mod pack...

Specifically what I want is the square "mini_" thumbs. It seems like i've tried everything to force JUpload to create the mini_ thumbs, to no avail.

Any ideas how I could either make the stramm version of j_picmgmt_stramm.inc.php work for me, or, alternately, how to force j_picmgmt_standard.inc.php to generate square mini_ thumbs?

any help would be very appreciated...
