Take care to apply all the settings suggested, supply a test user account and create an album with upload permissions for us to test.
It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes.

We don't need the debug output as we can see it on your site. What we do need to help is a test user account. Please post it here and we can then try uploads for ourselves and see the error messages it generates.
It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes.

pass:test

You have a problem with the Method for resizing images.

Go to - Admin/Config/Files and thumbnails advanced settings/Method for resizing images

Change to GD2 or fix the path for ImageMagick.
