Help on Approvals

I didn't look for this in the forums - cause I really do not have the time to look around for the answer - so I thought I would go ahead and ask..  

How can I remove the Picture Approval & Comment Approval, so that users can just upload and post comments without me having to go and approve everything?  Please help me if you would please email me at brandonLsm@wmconnect.com

I didn't mean it like that - I didn't have time cause I was in a hurry to get offline right before I posted....  My fiancé was here, and we went out to eat and what not.  Thats what that was all about.  But if you are to busy to explain then thats all good =) i completely understand.
