I don't know how to get logged into my photo gallery, I don't even know if I have an account made.

You must have created an account during install. If you can't remember that, search the board for "lost password" or similar, as there are many threads that explain how to recover a lost admin password.
As per board rules (you agreed to respect them when siging up), it's mandatory to post a link to your gallery when asking for support.
