I started with version 1.2 and upgraded to the latest 1.3.  When I attempt to edit a picture (to change the title) and save the change, Coppermine returns "You do not have the permissions for this modification".  Where should I look?

When I attempt to edit an exisiting pic, I get a "you don't have permission" error.  Version 1.3

This has been discussed in detail on the cpg1.3.0 test board.
Only experienced user are meant to upgrade, and you're supposed to read the documentation that comes with it.
There's no support for cpg1.3.0 yet, as it's still beta
Double-posting doesn't make me more inclined to actually help you, I merged your postings into this thread >:(
