Problem durring installation

Hi!
This is my first post and my first problem....
I have a problem durring the installation...
The steps I made before installing:
1. Unziped/Unpacked
2. Uploaded via CoreFTP in Copermine DIRECTORY
3. Setted "write" permitions to the 2 files and one DIR which wanted that
4. Runned instal.php file

THE PROBLEM:
when i am running instal.php i am getting these errors:

and my gallery: zetaworld.vndv.com/gallery

i don't know what other information i should provide....

It looks like you have installed it incorrectly.

If zetaworld.vndv.com/gallery/ is the location of your Coppermine then....

gallery/cpmfetch/   is where you should install cpmFetch

not.....    gallery/cpmfetch/cpmfetch/

as you have done.

When i unpack the zip it contains 2 folders...
Have i got to uploaded both of them or only the one named: cpmfetch?
