Exactly as suggested here:Read that. If you still have open questions then, do as suggested in the docs, section "Bridging support". Please note that the coppermine dev team is not fond of the visual integration of coppermine as suggested in the Mehdi bridge - that's not what we consider a valid approach on bridging. The mehdi bridge goes unsupported from our side.

Then it might help if you told us what you tried.

Failed opening required '/includes/defines.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in cpg/bridge/joomla15.inc.php on line 33

Which bridge did you use? How can we tell from the details you provide? ::)
It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes.

Do as I suggested!

I do not believe the current Joomla 1.5 bridge supplied on this site works with the current version of Joomla. I suggest you look at either the Mehdi bridge or the new Jfusion bridge. http://www.jfusion.org/

The Jfusion bridge requires no modification of any core coppermine files so you should find it simple to setup. Please ask for support on this from the Jfusion site as we do not know this bridge on here.

You need not use any bridging. Just use the Joomla wrapper... See http://scuttlebutteurope.com/photos.html
Glad to help if you email me at editor@scuttlebutteurope.com

Sorry, but that is not what bridging is all about. From our point of view a bridge is to create a single login, so if a user is logged in to one app he is logged in to the other. Simply putting a gallery in a frame as per the joomla wrapper does not achieve this.

Additionally, your gallery is out of date. You are running <!--Coppermine Photo Gallery 1.4.21 (stable)--> while the current stable release is 1.4.25
