I'm Unable to add files using add batch files option

Hi,

i uploaded my images through ftp to a folder under albums folder. Then i used add batch file option to add the images to a particular album , but the images are not added to my album. I get "click for details or to reload" in my result column and when I click it I get "Unable to create thumbnail or reduced size image.". What is the problem here... Can anyone help me....

look into the config and be sure to have GD2 selected as graphic library and check if GD2 is avaible on your server
