Nothing for us to approve or disapprove: you're welcome to use the services that the page you mention offers and you're of course free to edit your theme accordingly as well.  The page you refer to doesn't offer a piece of code that is using coppermine's plugin API, but just comes up with a bit of JavaScript that you need to add to your page. Manually, that's why this is not a plugin at all and you should not have posted it in the plugin section of the board.
As it requires editing your custom theme I'm moving this thread from the plugin support board where you posted it initially to the themeing support board. Since it is not a support request I'm marking this thread accordingly.
