Problem with coppermine

I installed coppermine around 3 months back. it was fine. but today when I logged in In config. only 3 config are visible i.e general, langauges and themes. rest seem missing. how do I get them back or repair coppermine setup files.

Sorry about that but my question is still unanswered. how do I correct the Problem. i tried reparing the mysql file. but the Problem still presists.
