Hi.

I'm having some troubles to use IM  with CPG.  I get some errors,  like the one in the picture I attached.
I asked my hosting company and their answer is:
QuoteThe coppermine photo gallery, is one of the unsupported features in fantastico, we currently have it disabled in all of our servers.  Furthermore it is a very insecure piece of software, meaning it gets hacked very easily, and sites get deleted...

I really like coppermine gallery, I've installed it and integrated with SMF...  All the troubles I had were solved in the past through the kind help of the support team.

I'm attaching another image, with my actual config, and the path to IM convert they told me.  I tried with  /usr/bin/convert/ and /usr/bin/convert and nothing.  Can somebody help me ?  and maybe respond to this accusation.

thank you.
shutiri.

As I recall, 126 means the binary file for convert cannot be executed.  It sounds like they have turned off the convert utility. The 'security concerns' make me think your host is blowing you off, or they are unaware of the fact that Coppermine is maintained software.  Ask them where they are geting their information.

Also, activating debug mode will give you more detailed error information in this case.

Hi Hyperion.  Thank you !!!

I enabled the debug, and saw the problem inmediately:

they told me that the path is: /usr/bin/convert and CPG (I  guess) already had the "convert" in the path.  So I was getting /usr/bin/convertconvert.

great,  it is working.

thank you for your help !!
