I have the following issue when trying to bridge coppermine and phpbb3.0.6: bridge works pulls in users but does not pull in custom groups, that I've created in the bb, it pulls registered and admins, however admins don't have access to admin tools

Coppermine install: http://www.duoaclan.com/media/
Forum install: http://www.duoaclan.com/boards/
Coppermine version: cpg1.4.26
Forum version: phpbb3.0.6
Test user account: test101 / test1234

BridgeManager settings:
Forum URL:  http://www.duoaclan.com/boards/
Relative path to your BBS's config file:  ../boards
Use post-based groups?:  0
Cookie name/preifx: phpbb3_nfhiu

I used the phpbb3 bridge from here: http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,53678.0.html  took me a while to make the bridge happen, turned out I just didn't have the cookie right. I want to make specific custom groups have access to upload and others only able to view, but I also want my admins to be able to manage the gallery. I've purged the cache everytime after making any changes and have updated just in case maybe that was all I needed to do. My initial admin account has full admin access with no issues.

On a side note I want to put a link in to go back to the boards, right now I use the eyeball theme and both home buttons just go to the cpg home, which page do I need to include a link to the board on?

test user has access to upload and has member access to board, no admin or moderator control in either areas.

sorry I've read the rules and just seemed to overlook a previous post, thinking that smf wouldn't be that similiar to phpBB, fixed the groups problem, just changed the post-based option to yes.

I still would like to figure out what page I can put a link back to the boards on. I'll continue searching through the forum.

There is a custom link feature in coppermine. The docs tell yuo how to do it. If you want to add a link to cpg in your forum you will have to ask on the forum makers website as we cannot tell you how to modify their software as we don't know it. It should be s simple task which I am certain has been asked on the forums forum many times.
It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes.
