I have a user that is using xp publish to upload pictures, but the only way that it works for them is if they are set as administrator in the user settings.  Other users are able to upload just fine with only a registered setting.  The user doesn't get any errors, it completes the upload like everything went fine, but no pictures in are in the album.  Any ideas of why this one user would be having this problem?
